Excellent experience for 3 nights on a business trip. Fabulous base for exploring Birmingham. Immaculately clean and reasonably spacious rooms, exceptionally comfortable beds. Helpful and great staff and their warm welcome. Excellent, decent setting just next door to a nice area with great coffee shops & restaurants and centre.

We had an excellent stay in a beautifully equipped apartment that offered great value for money. The staff were professional and made everything easy for us. The location felt safe and secure, and we enjoyed the comfortable beds and modern appliances. The availability of Netflix for the kids was a bonus, and the nearby supermarkets made it convenient to get provisions.
The breakfast experience could have been better with more variety.
